Our Offerings
Sacred pathways to heal, balance, flow, and transform. Each offering is a doorway — we walk beside you through every step.
Kambo Ceremonies
Kambo is a powerful Amazonian purgative medicine derived from the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog. Used for centuries by indigenous tribes for physical cleansing, emotional release, and sharpening the mind and spirit. It supports the immune system, clears energetic blockages, and removes what no longer serves you.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness — a dynamic practice combining breathwork (pranayama), movement, mantra, and meditation to awaken your life-force energy. Classes are designed to dissolve stress, expand consciousness, and cultivate inner strength for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Cacao Ceremonies
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine from Mesoamerica, used for thousands of years to open the heart, elevate mood, and deepen connection — to oneself, to others, and to the divine. Our ceremonies blend intention setting, meditation, movement, and community to create a safe and expansive heart-centered experience.
Limpias
A Limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing rooted in Mesoamerican and curanderismo traditions. Using sacred tools such as herbs, smoke (copal), eggs, flowers, and prayer, a Limpia removes heavy or stagnant energy from the body and aura — restoring clarity, lightness, and protection. Ideal during times of transition, grief, or energetic heaviness.
Retreats & Workshops
Our retreats and workshops offer dedicated time and space for deeper healing, learning, and transformation. From weekend immersions to multi-day retreats, each experience weaves together multiple healing modalities — ceremony, somatic movement, meditation, community, nature, and nourishing food — into a unified journey of renewal.
Mexicayotl Study & Community Bridge Work
Mexicayotl is the living philosophy and cosmology of the Nahua (Aztec) peoples — a path of remembering, rooted in reciprocity, balance, and right relationship with all of life. Through study circles, community gatherings, and bridge-building work, we explore ancestral teachings and apply them to healing ourselves and our communities today.
